At the end of this level you will have the skills to use English in your work, travel independently and everyday life. You should be able to speak fluently and have easy conversations with native English speakers.  You will be able to write clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects. You will have increased your vocabulary, pronunciation and conversational fluency, so that others can easily understand you.

Course Delivery
You will be well supported and able to learn English.  Instructions also come in many languages to help you.You will be studying online, participating in Live online classes and tutorials, watching videos, using modern interactive multimedia materials, completing computer activities, working with your Teacher and Tutors, practicing your speaking whilst making new friends with other students.

Duration
24 weeks
– 20 weeks tuition plus 4 weeks to complete assessments
– students can commence on any Monday throughout the calendar year.

Outcomes
Certificate IV (Access) outcomes focus on the consolidation of advanced English language speaking and listening, reading and writing skills. You will be taught across the CEFR B2 level with a view to graduating at an approximate IELTS level of 6.0.

Pathways to Further Study
Graduates from this course will be awarded a Certificate IV in EAL (Access).  If the graduate has also completed the equivalent of 10 years of school they are eligible to enrol in a Certificate IV level Vocational course such as the GTI Certificate IV in Business. If the graduate has also completed the equivalent of 12 years of school they are eligible to enrol in a Diploma level Vocational course such as the GTI Diploma in Business.
