Gain 2 different Qualifications at the same time and choose which one you want to show. E.g. Employment certificate when you are going for a new job. At the end of this level you should have the skills to undertake basic employment tasks in English, finding a new job and dealing with most situations that arise whilst traveling in English speaking areas. Conversations and writing will be easier now.

Course Delivery
You will be well supported and able to improve your English. You will be studying online, participating in Live online classes and tutorials, watching videos, using modern interactive multimedia materials, completing computer activities, working with your Teacher and Tutors, practicing your speaking whilst making new friends with other students.

Duration
24 weeks
– 20 weeks tuition plus 4 weeks to complete assessments
– students can commence on any Monday throughout the calendar year.

Outcomes
Certificate III EAL outcomes focus on the consolidation of English language speaking, listening, reading and writing skills for work, travel and community participation. You will be taught across the CEFR B1 level with a view to graduating at an approximate IELTS level of 5.0

Pathways to Further Study
Graduates from this course will be awarded both the Certificate III in EAL (Access) and Certificate III in EAL (Employment). On successful completion, graduates may undertake further English study and enrol in either ‘Intermediate and Higher English’ –  Certificate IV in EAL (Access) or ‘Academic English’ – Certificate IV in EAL (Further Study) or complete the GTI Certificate III in Business
